The Risk & Compliance department (ca. 30 people) consists of the teams Treasury Service Centre, Compliance & Operational Risk and Risk Management.
The Risk Management team has a wide variety of responsibilities, ranging from Asset and Liability Management to capital planning, liquidity risk, country risk, the development of internal rating models and regulatory reporting. The working atmosphere is characterized by an informal, international environment with short communication lines. The team, consisting of 13 professionals, is at the heart of FMO. It develops the risk appetite and all the risk strategies for FMO and functions as a knowledge center to other departments within FMO. The team is expanding and we are now looking for a new colleague to join.
The current vacancy focusses on regulatory reporting. Due to the increasing number of reporting requirements and extensive growth in demand for development of procedures and work instructions, the team is recruiting an additional Regulatory Reporting Officer for the Risk Management team. The activities compromise the periodic supervisory and statistical reporting to the Dutch Central Bank, external and internal disclosures related to prudential information and regulatory-related projects.
