The consolidated portfolio of the 15 members at the end of 2023 was €52.6 billion in 6,916 investments. The average investment size of the portfolio was €9 million. The total value of new investments in 2023 was €9.6 billion in total new equity stakes and financing. This follows a decade-long period of portfolio growth in EDFI member institutions’ investment, having increased the portfolio by €20 billion.
